For personal-care clients, theordrueiy ships only to addresses within the United States. Every transaction receives free standard delivery regardless of cart value.

Care: Processing comes first

Within this shopping service, please allow 1–2 business days for transaction processing prior to carrier transit begins. The daily cutoff is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT); later, weekend and holiday orders enter the next business-day queue.

Care: Transit follows dispatch

As a care-store practice, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days following dispatch. This delivery estimate does not include the separate 1–2-business-day processing window.

Care: Address review

For transaction support, check the delivery address prior to submitting payment. get in touch promptly if a correction is needed; we can change it only prior to fulfillment makes the parcel irreversible.

For personal-care clients, weather, carrier disruptions, peak periods and address problems can affect estimates. get in touch if tracking stalls or a parcel appears missing so we can investigate with the carrier.

As a care-store practice, a delivery-confirmation message with a carrier tracking number is sent when the transaction leaves our facility. Tracking can take a short time to show the carrier’s first scan.
